Hello, I’m Joseph, but most people know me as Ernie — the owner of Jobtown Aerial.      I have been in the Fire Service for 20 years hence the company name Jobtown which is a slang term used by Firefighters when we are on our way to romping big fires aka JOBS!!!

My passion for technology and things that fly goes way back. I’ve always been drawn to R/C cars, drones, and anything with wings, so when my department started a drone program, it felt like the perfect fit. I jumped at the chance to help develop the program, combining my technical background with my firefighting experience.

Through that opportunity, I earned my FAA Part 107 license, which allows me to operate drones commercially. That step opened the door to launching Jobtown Aerial — a company built on professionalism, safety, and a commitment to capturing high-quality aerial imagery for real estate, inspections, and more.

At Jobtown Aerial, my goal is to provide clients with a unique perspective from above, using the same dedication, precision, and integrity that have guided me throughout my career in the fire service.
